Installation on Windows
The easiest way to install the patch on Windows is to get
the Cygnus GCC development environment from http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/.
Then you can follow the Linux instructions.
Otherwise, you will have to change the source files by
hand, according to the dif files.
